Our products can be tried before buying: AlphaFeed runs with demo data without a key, and free trial keys are available on request. Please confirm the software works with your broker and charting program first.
Refunds
- Not yet activated: a full refund if you ask within 7 days of purchase and the licence key has not been activated on any computer.
- Duplicate or failed payments: refunded in full, whenever you notice.
- Software does not work as described: if we cannot fix a problem you report within 7 days of purchase, we refund in full.
- Licences that have been activated and used are otherwise not refundable.
Cancellation
You may cancel an order before the key is delivered by writing to [email protected]. A time-limited licence can be left to expire — there is no automatic renewal, so nothing needs cancelling.
How refunds are paid
Approved refunds are made to the original payment method through Razorpay within 5–7 working days. The licence key is deactivated when the refund is issued.
